3 in 1 (against light - heat - cold)

We bought the Living in a Bubble store for our motorhome conversion.
The blackouts are absolutely well-made. There are magnets at several points that stick to the metal of the door. Besides the two blackouts, there is also a precisely fitting bag included. Due to the design, you can still get the blackout curtains into the bag even after 2 years.
They are absolutely precise and ensure that really no light gets through. Even when driving, the blackouts do not fall down. Furthermore, they provide good insulation against both heat and cold, as these blackout curtains are very thick.
All in all, a top product that is a 3 in 1 product.

Absolutely solidly built

The blackout was delivered in a simple cardboard box, containing a storage bag for the actual blackout. This bag is even large enough that you can always stow away the actual blackout.
The blackout is absolutely solidly built but not so heavy that it falls down behind the sun visor. That's how the blackout is attached. Simply press it completely apart behind the windshield, fold down the sun visors, and you're done.
The dimensions are absolutely precise and the blackout is optimal, no light gets through. The blackout is stabilized by integrated metal wires, which cannot be bent easily.
Although €54.95 is not exactly cheap, this protection is a 3 in 1 accessory. Its thickness protects against heat, cold, and light.
A top device that is definitely worth its money.

FAQ'S

  • Are the window covers compatible with my van?
We have designed our window covers to fit Mercedes Sprinters (2007-Current) and Crafters (2006-2016) only. However, we might be adding new vans to our range depending on the demand.
  • My van has a technology box. How do I install the windshield window cover?
Our windshield window cover comes with hooks and drawstrings so they can be attached to the headliner and adjusted tightly. Since the center is magnetised, if the van does not have a rear mirror, the center will be flat close. We have tried and it worked great on the technology box not leaving gaps for light to come through. Please see video HERE: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1w86g3wC0hlYB6fPhtTKBuXR0rtPBeOdz
  • Do you have window covers for Sprinters prior to 2007?
Unfortunately, we do not have window covers for Sprinters prior to 2007 but we might be adding new vans to our range depending on the demand.
  • Can you make custom window covers for my van?
Sorry, our products are custom-made to fit specific van models. They cannot be altered as we do not make them by order.
  • Can I leave the window covers in place?
Yes, you can leave your window covers in place!
Our window covers are designed to stand direct sunlight for very long periods. In addition to that, the black fabric is UV50+ and there are 2 layers of reflective aluminum inside of the covers so it won't deteriorate.
  • Why does my window cover doesn’t fit inside the grab handles?
Different vans have different types of grab handles. When properly installed, your window cover should look like the photo below:
Since there are different types of handles, there are cases when the indent on our window cover doesn’t go all the way inside of the handle. If your window cover is installed and it’s looking like the photo I shared above, it means the window cover is doing its job.

QUESTION & ANSWER

  • Do I have to order two passenger /driver shades or are they a set or one for each side in the pack.
Please be advised that our driver/passenger window covers come in a set that includes one for the driver side window and another for the passenger side window, so you only need to order one!
